Terms of Service

These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern the use of the Motiv'me service, provided by SAS Motiv'me, located at 78 rue de Gentilly, 94800 Villejuif, France.

By using the Motiv'me service, you unreservedly accept these GTU. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the service.

Service : Motiv'me, financial commitment motivation platform

Utilisateur : Any person using the Motiv'me service

Engagement : Amount of money put at stake by the user

Objectif : Task or project that the user commits to accomplish

Date limite : Deadline for accomplishing the objective

Certification : Honor declaration of objective success

Motiv'me is a platform that allows users to commit financially to achieve their personal goals. The principle is simple:

1. The user defines an objective and a deadline
2. He commits financially by paying a sum of money
3. He works on his objective until the deadline
4. He certifies on his honor that he has achieved his objective
5. He recovers 100% of his commitment

Âge minimum : You must be of legal age (18 years or older) to use the service.

Capacité juridique : You must have the legal capacity to contract.

Engagement minimum : The minimum commitment amount is €20.

Objectifs autorisés : Only legal and ethical objectives are allowed.

Certification : Certification is done solely on the user's honor.

Frais de service : A fee of 5% of the commitment amount is charged to cover service costs and financial fees.

Paiement : Payments are secure and processed by Stripe. No credit card information is stored on our servers.

Remboursement : Refund is automatic upon certification of objective success.

Certification sur l'honneur : At the deadline, the user must certify on their honor that they have achieved their objective.

Aucune vérification : Motiv'me does not verify the reality of objective accomplishment. Certification is done solely on honor.

Remboursement automatique : Upon certification, the commitment amount (minus the 5% fee) is automatically refunded.

Responsabilité de l'utilisateur : L'utilisateur est seul responsable de l'accomplissement de son objectif et de la véracité de sa certification.

Responsabilité de Motiv'me : Motiv'me s'engage à fournir un service fiable et sécurisé, mais ne peut garantir le succès de l'utilisateur.
